Delivery Policy

The delivery cost to your area will be calculated during the booking process once we know your location. We may be able to deliver outside of our usual areas for an additional fuel charge, at our discretion.

If we are unable to complete your delivery due to factors like weather, vehicle issues, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Do you deliver, set up, and pack away the inflatable?

Yes, we take care of the delivery, set up, and pack away of the bouncy castle. This service is included in the price.

When can I hire a bouncy castle?

Our products are available 7 days a week, from 8 am to 9 pm.

During the winter season, we limit bookings to indoor venues for your comfort and safety.

What size does my garden need to be? What’s the best surface?

The area should be flat and free of obstacles. The size of the garden depends on the castle’s dimensions. We recommend leaving at least 2 feet on either side for the castle to move freely.

Do I need to keep the blower running?

Yes, please keep the blower running. If the weather turns bad, this helps the rain to fall away from the castle, keeping it dry for collection. If the weather remains poor, please cover all electrical equipment for safety.

Can adults use the bouncy castle?

Our bouncy castles are designed for children. However, we do offer adult-sized castles for outdoor use during the summer.

Can I collect the inflatables myself?

For insurance and safety reasons, only our trained staff are permitted to set up and collect the inflatable units.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry public liability insurance, which covers accidents and other incidents. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all children using the bouncy castle are supervised by an adult at all times.

If you'd like a copy of our insurance details, feel free to ask. We are also members of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance (BIHA) and The Inflatable Play Enterprise (TIPE), which ensures we stay up to date with safety regulations.

All of our bouncy castles are tested and come with a full 12-month test certificate and a PIPA RPII report. Our castles comply with EN14960 and are flame-resistant to exceed BS408 Part 3.3.8 standards.
