Ts & Cs

For your safety, all electrical equipment from Bouncy Castle Fun House is subjected to annual PAT (Portable Appliance Testing). PAT testing is a routine check carried out in the UK to ensure that electrical appliances are safe to use, minimizing the risk of harm to anyone using portable electrical equipment.
Insurance
Bouncy Castle Fun House is covered by £5,000,000 in Public Liability Insurance, provided by a UK-based insurer regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Many local authorities now require insurance policies from UK companies, particularly when working with schools, playgroups, public halls, or MOD properties. A minimum of £5 million in Public Liability Insurance is standard for hire companies.
Risk Assessments
Bouncy Castle Fun House can provide a Risk Assessment upon request. We will work with the event organizer to complete it and ensure all necessary safety measures are in place to prevent any health and safety concerns.
Weather Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if we believe customer safety may be at risk due to weather conditions. Health and safety guidelines state that inflatables should not be used in winds exceeding 24mph (gale force 5). While such extreme weather is rare, if it affects your booking and you have already paid, a full refund will be issued.
No deposit is required; however, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so we can make the booking available to others.
